INSIDE
Welcome inside this fresh, brand-new 2026 build! Step into a bright, open-concept layout designed for connection and comfort. The kitchen features a grand island—perfect for prepping meals or chatting over morning coffee—which seamlessly transitions into a spacious dining area ready for family dinners and epic board game nights.
Unwind in the inviting living room, anchored by a sleek electric fireplace that sets the ideal mood for cozy evenings.
When it’s time to turn in, you'll find two comfortably appointed bedrooms with abundant storage space, along with a gorgeous, modern bathroom designed for pure relaxation.

OUTSIDE
You’ll love the huge back lawn with plenty of room for horseshoes and lawn games! Unwind with a quiet afternoon nap in the tree-shaded hammock, or head over to my favorite spot—the side deck—for easy lingering conversations. Once the sun goes down, wrap up the day around the glowing campfire with good company and great stories.

NOTE: Approx. 100 stairs to the beach - and there is loads of beach here! The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

Linens are available for $20+HST/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

Note: All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. Max occupancy at all times is 5 (4 adults) violation will result in removal without refund. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections)

The pace of life slows down in Bayfield. When you vacation here, it's easy to experience each day to its fullest.

Clan Gregor Square is the heart of our quaint community where many local festivals/carshows and you won't want to miss the farmers market in season. Pioneer Park is another local favorite—kids will love cooling down at the splash pad. There's always something happening here, whether it's morning yoga or artists painting the sunset.

You're just 2 minutes from the Bluewater Golf Club. We're happy to suggest our favorite local spas, wineries and breweries, including Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery and Bad Apple Brewing Co. With wooded trails, scenic country vistas and stunning Lake Huron, Bayfield is a beautiful place to explore no matter the season.
