Beautiful house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Outdoor patio, fire pit and fenced in yard. Fishing on Intermediate Lake is a favorite. Bring your boat, plenty of room for it in side yard! 10 Minutes from Bellaire which host Shorts Brewery. Less than 30 minutes from Charlevoix, Petoskey and so much more! Pets are accepted with a fee.

Great little place

Came to the area to enjoy northern Michigan. The house is in a great location to do so. Very close to Bellaire so if you enjoy Short’s Brewing you will love it:) We could be at several area lakes quickly and we really enjoyed that. Also great eating in the area as well. Our dog came with us and having the large fenced backyard was a bonus! Woulda stay here again!

Cute home in Central Lake

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It's fully stocked and had everything we needed. I would deffinitly stay here again.

No snow... but still fun.

We loved the home, its modern with all the amenities we could have needed for our stay. Large kitchen table for all of us to share dinner, drinks, and games. Exactly, what we needed for a weekend ski trip to Shanty. Would stay again if visiting the area, quick drive to Shanty Creek and downtown Bellaire.

Great home in Central Lake

Sherri’s home in Central Lake is a great place for families and small groups. We originally chose it when we only searched for a place that allowed a dog, but we didn’t end up having our pet and still thought it was great for anyone. There are lots of thoughtful touches that make it very comfortable, and it’s an easy base for exploring the area.

40th birthday local "staycation"

This home is perfect. Very beautiful inside, the large yard with privacy fence is wonderful. Communication with landlord was very pleasant! So close to everything central lake has to offer. All appliances are nice and newer. We felt very spoiled!!!! 5 out of 5 for everything!!!! We came from Petoskey for a little 40th bday get away for husband. Landlord allowed us to bring our dogs which is very important to us. And to top off a good stay, U of M won!

Quiet and Clean

We loved staying at this house. It is very clean and well stocked. There are plenty of pots/pans/silverware/plates/cups/bowls etc. There are spices but if you need cooking oil and also baggies/foil, bring your own. The rooms are spacious and there are enough closets/drawers to put your stuff. Lots of blankets and pillows. One bed is quite hard but it fixed the crook in my back! Internet is strong. There is a TV in one bedroom and in the livingroom which allowed us to spread out for chill time. Nice selection of books/games and playing cards. The deck is small but yard spacious. We love the privacy fence. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors friendly. The location is perfect for getting to lakes. We spent our time on Lake Michigan beaches. For supplies, check out Merrie’s Market a couple blocks from the house. Everything you need and super friendly. Will definitely stay at this house again! Thank you.

Quiet Location

My husband and I visited with my son and his family. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed (except extra toilet paper). The beach toys and towels were much appreciated.

Quaint Central Lake

Very beautiful home in Central Lake. Smelled brand new walking in. Love the fenced in backyard for our dogs. All top of the line appliances . All the amenities you can meet for getaway in northern Michigan. Couple of things we didn't care for, beds we did not find that comfortable along with couch and loveseat and window coverings needed in the kitchen area .

Great place to stay, centrally located for multiple day trips.

The house was clean and had many of the necessities of home. A great home base to explore the whole lakes area. Short trips to Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey and many nature parks and centers for swimming, boating, hiking or just enjoying the beauty of nature.
