"The location of the resort is fantastic, a great beach at the front and the resort has a lovely swimming pool amongst the beautiful gardens as well. Everything is well maintained, clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. Rooms are cleaned and re stocked every day with a lovely feel and decor. Highly recommended."

"Esthetically a cute place. The staff s very friendly at reception and at the restaurant. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The layout of the place is disappointing though, the restaurant and pool are at the front of the resort so you totally miss the ocean view and breeze if you stay there. The beach area is not very well maintained and there is no food service there. I ended up paying to use the pool next door because it was designed well. They had a pool, restaurant, beautiful, well groomed lounge spaces. The owner should take some tips and renovate the beach area. I can’t understand why the pool and restaurant are at the front of the hotel and have zero ocean view."

"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay here. "

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden restaurant. We stayed two nights and had great time there, due to language, we had some difficulties with our transportation back to HCM city, we sought help from the front desk, the staff walked extra mile to help us and sorted out the problem and saved us time and extra expenditures. welcome drink during check was also a pleasant treat."
