"Room smelled like smoke and cleaner and not clean ..shower head was broken and no water pressure..and just generally not clean"

The only hiccup we had was our keys would not open up any of the building entrances.our room was quite a distance from the main lobby and we wanted to use a closer door but our key wouldn’t unlock any of them.we switched out our keys a couple of times but to no avail.But everything else was perfectly fine."
