"This hotel was lovely! We were so exhausted upon arrival bc we had been traveling quite a bit (with two little kiddos) and the staff was SO nice! The views are amazing, the rooms are clean and big and so comfortable. We ate one time in the bar area and the food and drinks were great, too. The staff was so nice to us and our kids which just made the whole experience even better. I also sent out laundry one day and it came back same day. Clean and neatly folded - I was very impressed. Thank you! We’ll be back!"

"Our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection. Hotel is located just a couple minutes walk from the train that takes you into Lucerne, and there's no charge. We had a great experience and would recommend this hotel. "

"Was incredibly easy to access from the train station. The area around the hotel was full of shops and sights that were easily walkable. The hotel is attached to a McDonald’s and Star bucks that were convenient for late night/ early morning snacks. There was also a nightclub at the top of the hotel if you’re into that type of thing, but it did not bother me sound wise even though I was the floor below."
