"Great hotel. Hotel looks just like the pictures. Super friendly staff, very clean, hot showers, freezing AC. My friend used the spa and massage services more than 5 times. She loved it. Lots of snacks in the room. Tons of bars, restaurants, coffee and more within walking distance. A tuk tuk by the hotel to and from the BTS is super convenient. Highly recommended. "

"5 star breakfast (recommended and well worth the upgrade). The rooftop dinner restaurant was somewhat disappointing as i couldn’t find anything authentically thai on the limited menu. The pool bar (great view) stops serving at 8pm so that’s another downer but the room would’ve been $800 a night in any other city."

"What a wonderful stay at the Carlton. Outstanding rooms, perfect location, friendly staff, excellent food, and a great chef by the name of Ming. I hope I got the name correct. We extended our stay for 2 more nights and after a 3 day trip to Hua Hin we have just re-booked the Carlton for our last 3 nights in Thailand. We will be back next year for sure. "
