"O que me deixou desconfortável foi a localização, o hotel é bacana mas a localização dele é horrível.
E outra coisa que não gostei foi a bagunça que estava no meu andar (3º andar) um monte de coisas jogadas no chão aí lado do elevador, isso é desagradável

The checkin process was a bit stressful because I have to wait until the send me the passcode. It supposed to be done by 3pm but I had to contact somebody to get my code.
I did my Face ID onde day before and even though I had some problem to get into the building. I had again to contact the help by WhatsApp.
The gym was great, the location was also good. There are nice restaurants around and it’s near to the alternative hotspot of São Paulo.
