"The hotel was all right. Night staff did not speak english, but was eager to accommodate all needs. Day staff speaks pretty good english and they are very nice persons too. For the taxi driver from the airport is was nearly impossible to find the hotel. Soi 19 and 23 is easily found, but the address of the hotel Soi 21 is hidden."

"The hotel was great. I originally thought this booking was in Bangkok, but it’s at a province next to it and using a mototaxi would take me to the capitol very quick so I am still glad I chose this hotel.
The staff were very nice to me, gave me a great room with central A.C and with a great view of the city and their pool. The pool was nice, and it has an area around where you can walk and enjoy the nice weather. The bathroom was big , the toilet had a bidet, and the shower had really hot...

"Amazing staff! Everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. I really appreciated the warm Marriott member welcome. The hotel has a lot of history, which gives it wonderful charm. Breakfast was decent, though it could use more variety. Food service was a bit slow, but the staff were so friendly that it hardly mattered. Room bathroom, could use upgrading.
The location is excellent, within walking distance of great restaurants and a very cool, trendy nightlife area."
