"Great hotel, quiet location. Very close to Gare saint lazare train station. Room was clean and well maintained and cleaned. Breakfast was fresh and great for a busy day of sight seeing. Stefan at the reception was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"Great location for non-French tourists, plenty of US/Anglo brand eateries within walking distance. This was a our second stay within 8 years, we're a French/US married couple living in the Chicago-area. This is an excellent "stoppover" after arriving CDG, to shake off jet lag, get acclimated. My three critiques: we were in dire need of laundry services, two different weekend front desk staff persons sort of shrugged and said "um....dunno" and that was that. Please make access to - or even inform your guests that you have actual onsite laundry machines "LOUD and PROUD" upon check in, with complimentary detergent, OR you partner with a local "pressing" who can turn around a load of laundry for two adults in 24 hours. 2) please upgrade the in-room device charging options to the reflect the iphone/android "world": crawling on the floor to plug into the one wall a single US/North American charge converter is fine for a youth hostile, not for a nice hotel in Paris. 3) In general the front staff ,except to say "Bonjour". We were drop dead tired after a 20 hour door to door from Chicago, USA, and your young people at the front desk seem impervious to this. A cold bottle of electrolyte infused water which helps with jet lag, available at the front desk, is an easy, doable 'fix')...4) The breakfast staff were courteous, their burden to hand wash the enormous load of dishes, detracts from peaceful, quiet meal experience, install a dishwasher?"
