"The hotel staff are nice and the rooftop pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The restaurant has an impressive view but the menu is quite extravagant and extremely limited. Room service only offers the few dishes that are on the main restaurant menu. We felt quite isolated as there are no restaurants, bars etc in walking distance. You really do need to hire a car - but driving there as a tourist is quite scary! Taxis are slow to come and quite expensive. The rooms are very basic but the AC was cold and the wifi worked well (on the lower floors only)."

"The room was clean, the host was a very good man who made sure I felt comfortable. He cooked breakfast very well. The place was beautiful on every way. The jacuzzi was very nice, the pool was clean and warm. Very good place to stay in Martinique"

"The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We communicated in French. The person who greeted us at the house and looked after us, Rosy, was also very welcoming and responsive to our needs. She even made dinner for us the first night as the store in the nearby town wasn't open on Sunday. The traditional style house was comfortable with beautiful surroundings and view. Kitchen had everything we needed and the wifi worked well. However the road to the house is difficult to find and the final 200 meters up to the house is a narrow, mostly unpaved trail. Important to be prepared. House is in a rural area, with no restaurants nearby, so we prepared our dinner each night at the house and enjoyed the garden and the view."
