The room we had had 4 single beds. It was kind of tight for 4 adults but it worked. They were clean and comfortable. We had a kitchenette which was handy. The house was old and extremely tired with lights not working and dripping taps in bathrooms. The kitchen cupboards were old and could have been improved with a coat of paint and liners. On the plus side it had clean carpets, clean and comfy beds, a new fridge and good heating.
