His professionalism combined with a brilliant sense of humour had us laughing all the way to the door. An exceptional stay from start to finish. We'll absolutely be back! A special mention must go to the calibre of staff of The Westin. The training and selection process is clearly exceptional. We have never visited a hotel where every single team member seemed so perfectly suited to their role - the professionalism is truly unmatched. What stood out most was how genuinely valued and respected we felt, not just as guests, but as human beings. This is rare, and no amount of luxury furnishings can replace it. Whoever is responsible for building this team deserves enormous credit for it this is hospitality at its finest."
