"Good location close to shops and restaurants in Granada, Peñon and San Antonio. Internet was fast enough and reliable. Bed was comfortable and the AC was effective. Really good price compared to big hotel options. The linens were just ok. The bathroom floor towel was not clean and the bed linens have seen better days. But the host promptly corrected the towel problem. I would stay here again but probably in a room at the back because traffic on nearby streets is quite noisy and the windows are single-glazed (normal in Colombia)."

"The hotel is nice but for some reason all the TVs in the first floor are broken. I asked to see if this could be corrected and I got upgraded to a nicer room only to find out at check out I had to pay extra for it. I specifically told front desk to let me know in advance to see if there was going to be a fee for the upgrade but was not told until check out."

"Sadly the restaurant is in the middle of the hotel, along with the pool. Extremely noisy, no privacy. Suite was misleading, had to pay $400 to upgrade to better room after zero sleep the first night. Beautiful property, but misleading online. Food was included and yummy, staff welcoming, lovely, and helpful. "
