"Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update ! "

"Nobody to query I had to,look for a strolley to carry the bags , no coffe maker to do the in the morning no batery in the remoto control The view was nice but suppose to have a bar to service in special at night Suppose to have a better indication to enter in the hotel and the cars park to off load the bags The employees was nice but need to have some little improvements To facilitate the in and out of the people . "In Brazil childrem are not allowed in Motel. Only 21 and older. .on the site that is nothing saying that Levile is a Motel. Very wrong.i had to spend the night with my 2 teenagers because i got the for my check in around 10:30. Expedia needs to specify if it is a Hotel or Motel. There is notice sayind on the website, also alloed me to asd the teenagers. "
