Overall, everything was very good. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The breakfast was magnificent. There was a wide variety of everything. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I don't know if things have changed, but the guys at the door do NOT help with the suitcases. Finally, the bathroom amenities are very basic. Thanks

Location was great and the apartment was very clean. Unfortunately, the door code we were given didn't work to get in and it was quite uncomfortable due to heat while we tried to figure it out. Thankfully the staff were very responsive and we were able to get in after 15 minutes. Also, the shower drain didnt flow well and water went everywhere. We had to use all the towels available to clean it up. Finally, the air conditioner stopped working in the late evening. After a fun time hanging out in Madrid, we came back to the apartment being 26° C. It was a HOT night.

The place was spacious, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The location was unbelievable, walkable to lots of good restaurants, cafes and local attractions. Will definitely stay there again if we’re back in Madrid. Highly recommend it!!!
