"Hotel precisa de manutenção nos quartos , no nosso quarto estava quebrado o trinco da porta do banheiro . Outra questão - havia poucos funcionários no café da manhã - havia demora na reposição dos alimentos - o hotel estava lotado por ter uma formatura da Unicamp em uma localidade próxima."

"The hotel has a good location, as it is in the central area. However, the towels had a very unpleasant smell that made me feel nauseous. The breakfast is simply terrible — I have honestly never had anything so bad. On the second and third days, we had to eat at a bakery instead. The scrambled eggs were dry and had a greenish color. Overall, the hotel feels neglected, almost abandoned. The rooms are old, and it clearly seems that there is little to no concern for quality."

"My bad thing is if you go out when you come back late at night you have to ring the bell. The person who is there is sleeping so you have to wake up them for open the door for you."
