"We enjoyed our stay ROSSMARKT Haus. The room was lovely and very well maintained . It was in an excellent location near to Braşov main square and all the restaurants and shops. Instructions were very easy to follow and they were emailed to us the day before arrival. The host Esther was there to welcome us which was a really nice touch."

We experienced some technical issues with the room, which could have easily affected the overall experience. However, Adriana handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. She was proactive, attentive, and made every effort to resolve the issue quickly while ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her dedication to guest satisfaction and her personal approach made a real difference. Thanks to her, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you, Adriana, for your outstanding service — it did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated."

"Great location in the historical center, close to restaurants and main attractions. While the room was facing a busy pedestrian-only street [Republicii], with live music and full of patios, the noise wasn’t a concern once the windows were closed. We booked the largest room for 12 nights and we haven’t had any issues during our stay. Staff was very friendly, collaborating swiftly once contacted through messages, regardless if it was late in the day. The room was cleaned daily and new towels provided when needed. Only downside is that cars cannot get very close to the building, which means that you will need to carry your luggage for a 3-4 min walk. Very pleased overall with this hotel and will consider it again during my visits in Brasov."
