- 15 minutes from the gates of Le Mans (24H Circuit) and 20 minutes from La Flèche (La Flèche Zoo). In a charming setting, calm and comfort are at the rendezvous. Welcome to the countryside but with all the shops within a 10-minute walk. A gîte facing the mill wheel that can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, living room with fully equipped kitchen area and dining area. Upstairs, lounge area with TV and sofa. Lounge area opens onto a large bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Bathroom with toilet. Beds made upon arrival.
