"Cette maison est tres agreable spacieuse et très bien entretenue. Elle est situee a 10 mn a pieds de la plage où se trouvent beaucoup de restaurants. Un petit marché où nous pouvons nous rendre a pieds egalement a lieu plusieurs dois par semaine. Il y a possibilité de stannionner devant la maison Nous recommandons cette jolie maison er surtout la qualité de l accueil des hotes."

"Stayed 1 - 18 June 2022 This was our first chance to return to France since the start of Covid and we were not disappointed. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Car parking was good, and secure, and the house has an amazing terrace which we used at all times of day and well into the evening. A house has been built in front so the owners have planted in front of pool to mask the new property. The villa has lots of steps, it is over 3 floors and also steps to get to front entrance, these were ok for us but anyone with mobility problems would struggle, the steps are also tiled. It is also a little isolated where the villa is so a car is a must....

"This is our 2nd year renting this property and it is always amazing. This property is situated up on a hill overlooking Roses Bay. Beautiful views, near Cami de Rhonda and beach, 15 min to city center, close to many restaurants (walking). Large rooms, clean. Lots of stairs so not appropriate for small kids or physically challenged; although there is an elevator. Kitchen could be improved in terms of utensils and gear, dishwasher was a bit wonky (not secured to the counter so kept coming out)....

"Les +++++ Procédure de réservation ✅ / paiement en ligne ✅ Départ et arrivée avec clé dans la boîte à clé. Appartement avec très belle vue sur la mer , bien entretenu. 3 salles de bains , 2 wc ✅ , spacieux, lumineux, calme . Piscine à partager avec l appartement d en face. Il y avait quelques denrées dans le placard : sel poivre vinaigre huile filtre à café épices . "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...
