"Hotel Slon is in an excellent location, being just around the corner from Ljubljana Old Town. It is therefore very close to all amenities - restaurants, banks, shops, galleries and museums. We had a lovely view from our room looking towards the Tivoli Gardens. The breakfast was wide-ranging and efficiently managed. We found all the staff professional and always willing to help."

"Great location. Had an issue on my first night with my room not being ready, but they moved me to the hotel room (I booked a hostel stay), for the night. No problems, straight forward and stress free. The staff are beyond excellent, and are a true highlight of the property, and my stay there. Breakfast was enough to keep me going through the morning. Roof top seating/bar is a really relaxing spot. I had no problems (the room change was swift and stress free for 1 night), no complaints, no recommendations…. My stay was perfect. I pretty much handcuffed myself to the coffee machine at breakfast for my coffee haha. Great wee machine."
