The second room seems to be s boudoir with a futon that can be made into a small bed but the living room has a pull out couch for a double bed. The rest of the apartment was great. The view is breathtaking and well situated. The only downfalls was no answer for the check in the expedia messages for at least 24 hours. We were 4 people but only 3 bath towels and no answer to obtain a 4 th even though we paid...

"Everything was perfect! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful from the very first moment we contacted him. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! "A 5 minute walk to the lake. A convenient location with plenty of dining and sightseeing nearby. Easy access to the ferry if you want to pop over to Bellagio or any number of places (or access a private lake tour by boat). The hotel has (limited) onsite parking which was nice as I drove to Lake Como. Lobby and dining area are appear recently renovated and are welcoming. I stayed on the top floor with a room that had a lovely vaulted ceilings. Air-conditioning worked great. Access was odd as you couldn’t use the elevator to get to the suite which means stairs are a must for a flight and a half. Outside the unit was a nice communal patio (the floor below has one too). Noise carried through the door when people were using the stairs, however was quiet overall. One thing I didn’t like about the suite was the odd placement of this chair in the corner that looked broken - it may have been convertible to another bed…"
