The hotel is very nice and the rooms are clean. The staff were rude on many occasions. They seemed very uninterested in being helpful overall. The pool and view are very nice

Our stay here was memorable!! We had a view of Mount Vesuvius and Sorrento below. The staff treated us like family and we hated to leave. The property was gorgeous and we enjoyed the small village that was close enough to walk to. So glad we did not stay down the hill in Sorrento, this was so peaceful!! Love!!
