"The room we had was recently renovated. Our room had the view of the Matterhorn. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service from the train station for arriving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The food was amazing, every night the main course and dessert was different. The staff were friendly as well. It was a pleasant experience and very relaxing."

"Awesome place in Zermatt, close to the train station, centrally located to all shopping places and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and the place was extremely well kept. The breakfast was awesome, will definitely recommend the mouth watering croissants and pastries they serve. Would highly recommend this place for anyone planning to stay in Zermatt on their vacation."

"The hotel is in a great location! We stayed 6 nights and the staff were extremely helpful with dinner reservations, tickets and recommendations. The hotel is not air conditioned and sleeping was a little uncomfortable but fans were installed in our room to make our stay more pleasant. The breakfast is outstanding. The hotel provided transfers to/from Tasch - it was executed perfectly. Our shower and linens were wonderful. Our check-in could have been smoother but in light of our overall stay I still rank the hotel and experience very high."
