More a motel than a hotel. Although the sea view rooms are well appointed. Loose sockets hanging out the bathroom wall. Air conditioning worked. Swimming in the pool is great. Swimming in the sea is shallow water over rocks for 600 meters with sea urchins so pack your Swimming shoes or take an urchin spine home in your foot. Lovely sandy punlic beach 5km south but very crowded.

Sea view rooms are fantastic all other rooms are marginal. There is no beach only a lime stone cliff and swim platform . There is only 1.2 meters of sea depth over rock for 800 meters. Beware sea urchins and their spines. There is a sandy beach 5km south. Breakfast was above average. Evening meal was a joke ordered from a menu and food delivered from a completely different restaurant by courier. Small harbour 1km north has many great fish restaurants but aggressive stray dogs roam the harbour area alongside starving cats. The staff are friendly. Security is lacking as reception is in the centre of the motel complex. I understand why people who rent the garden rooms were not impressed by Security. Rooms receive a lot of noise from other rooms and corridors. Nice pool. Bar expensive 1 fanta 1 vodka 300 TL

It is a very quite and clean hotel. The staff is very helpful. The service is good. The breakfast was awesome. The only negative think that the beds have to be renewed. They are squeaky. I believe they will touch that soon.

In my 30 years of working in the travel industry this has to be the worst hotel. I does not look bad and fundamentally could be good. However, when we arrived the Reception was small and dingy and the young guy on Reception was pleasant but an older man stood there unfriendly and intimidating to us two female friends. The quiet rooms I had requested were in the garden rooms but these are next to a main road. The smelled of musty air and we were very disappointed. They were also adjacent to the Reception/seating area which seemed to have more men sat there not working but apparently part of the hotel. It felt very unfriendly and almost a bit intimmidating. They eventually agreed to move us to 'quieter' seaview rooms so we agreeed to stay and make the most of it. However, these rooms were below the Reception/seating area where throughout the night people were scraping furniture, running, walking and shouting until the early hours. The restaurant had limited food cooked on the premises but could order things in from the restaurant a few miles away. The bar was also badly stocked and had no wine which is all I drink. After no sleep on the first night we asked to leave but were told we could have no refund for the remaining 2 nights. We were so desperately unhappy we took the risk of leaving first thing with no guaranteed refund. It truly was an awful stay mainly for the noise coming from within the hotel throughout the night.

Hello, first of all, we would like to say that we did not think that you wrote these comments in an objective way, and that we were offended by the rating you gave.Although your room reservation is with a garden view , you have requested a room with a sea view for free of charge . We have also accepted for you , although there is a difference of 2500 TL for two rooms per night . You couldn't enjoy the moment by complaining otherwise as soon as you arrived at the hotel. and we have been working for years that please read in other comments, our work was not treated with such great disrespect.thanks...

Amazing hotel ❤️ The first day i already fall in love with that place. Was so nice, peaceful, and beautiful to the point that the following day i decided to change my trip and extended my stay with extra 2 night 🙃 Highly recommended to anyone 👌 Hotel is really nice and friendly Marina and busy life if you fancy that is only few minutes away (car) The room was big, clean with a beautiful sea view Oh and the tea time, hmmm that was one of my favourite moments 🍵 ☕️ Thank you Life Point Hotel and i will definitely be back 🙃🙃😁

Overall a good stay. A small hotel with magnificent views of Agean Sea and the Chios İsland. We booked two rooms, both were for family and can accommodate up to four adults. One of the room was brand new, however did not have blinding curtains which made the room too hot with the evening sun. Asked to change rooms and they kindly obliged. Breakfast was standard kahvaltı which was delightful. The kids enjoyed the pool very much.

Otelin konumu çok güzel. Oda temiz. Çalışanlar yardımsever. Önünde kendi havuzu, onun önünde çimler ve hemen altında denizde iskelesi bulunmakta. Bu sebeple bir çok kitleye hitap etmektedir. Her akşam otelin çimlerinden güneşin batışını izlemek oldukça huzur vericiydi. 3 günlük karantina haftasonunu burada geçirdik. Oldukça memnun kaldık.

Die Jungs waren, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat versucht, allen wünschen nach zukommen. Die Lage ist super! Für Familien ist die kleine Anlage mit ihrem Pool sehr gut geeignet. Danke an das Personal und den Küchenchef. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren auch sehr gut.

Odamizin balkonu çok pisti leş gibiydi hatta randevulu geldik daha temiz bir oda verebilirlerdi biz istemeden terlik bile vermediler el sabunu bile yoktu odada kahvalti fena değildi ama verilen ücretin karşılığı olan bir kalitede değildi calisanlara çok teşekkür ederim hepsi çok güler yuzluydu alınan ücretle verilen kalite arasında fark var özellikle yüksek sezonda dahada fiyatlar artar eminim kalite yoğunluk başladıkça daha da düşer böyle yerlerde umarım öyle olmaz

Hotel Güzel, Hizmet Ne Yazık ki Vasat
Otel imkan ve sunmuş olduğu güzellikler bakımından çok güzeldi. Fakat işletme tarzından kaynaklı olabileceğini düşündüğüm bazı sorunlar vardı. Mesela bir gün öncesinden erken giriş yapabileceğimi sorduğum da yetkili kişi çok iyi niyetle odaların müsait olduğunu ve gelebileceğimizi söyledi. Ama otelle 12 gibi gittiğimizde dün bilgi vermiş olmama rağmen bir hazırlık olmaması ve 30 dakikayı aşkın bekletildiğimizde de bundan rahatsızlık duyduğumu ifade edince de olumlu geri dönüş alamaman üzücüydü. Bu da yetmezmiş gibi nerdeyse tüm odalar boş olmasına rağmen tam mutfağın yanındaki ve en sesli odanın tarafımıza verilmesi de çok manidardı. Tek gecelik bir konaklama olduğu için üzerinde durmasam da almış olduğum hizmet ne yazık ki yetersizdi. Bunlara rağmen otelin manzarası ve tesis imkanları gerçekten çok iyiydi bununda hakkını vermem gerekir.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage (haben es auch deshalb ausgewählt) und das Personal ist sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind leider krank dorthin angereist und sie haben uns den Aufenthalt und extra Wünsche sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Frühstück und der Pool waren super. Leider ist das Gebäude an sich sehr hellhörig, d. h. Es ist extrem laut, die Türen schließen schwierig und daher knallt es ständig irgendwo. Ansonsten war alles gut.

İyi yanları : Otel olanakları aile için uygundu. Oda temizliği konusunda bir problem yaşamadık. Kahvaltı serpme olarak veriliyor bizim için yeterliydi. Semaverde çay verilmesi hoşumuza gitti. Konum itibari ile çeşme merkezine yakın olması da avantaj sağladı. Kötü yanları: Havuz motorları çalışmıyordu, rica etmemize rağmen çalışanlar ilgilenmedi. Kendi plajındaki merdivenler kırıktı. Tehlike yaratabilir. Deniz çok sığ ve aşırı taşlı. Girerken dikkatli olmak gerekiyor deniz kestanesi doğal sebeplerden ötürü fazla.

Bugüne kadar geçirdiğimiz en kötü tatildi. Odamızın olması gerektiği gibi temizlenmemesi en önemli sorunumuzdu. Duvarlarda daha önce kalan müşterilerin öldürdüğü sivrisinekler ve kan izleri hala duruyordu. Mini buzdolabının içi ve dışı kir içerisindeydi. Banyo gelişigüzel temizlenmiş, duşta önceki müşteriden kalan kir ve kumlar duruyordu. Resepsiyona odayla ilgili tüm sıkıntıları tek tek yazarak verip, odanın temizlenmesini istedik. Otel çalışanlarından bir bölümünün sıkıntılarımızı çözmek için gösterdiği çabayı takdir ediyoruz ama onların da elinden gelen sınırlıydı. Çünkü otelin deneyimli ve özenli temizlik personeli sıkıntısı vardı. Temizlik sırasında kullanılan çamaşır suyu içeren spreyin kıyafetlerimizin üzerine gelmesi ise her şeyin tuzu biberi oldu. Kıyafetlerin bedeli bize ödendi fakat 5 günlük tatilde bunca şeyle uğraşmak bizi gerçekten çok strese soktu.

Unfortunately, I have to tell you about the stay at Lifepoint Hotel. No. 1. There is no beach. There was a jetty out to sea where the steps Be broken and rusty. Also no information on all sea urchins. No. 2. There was no pool bar. No. 3. There was no restaurant at all !!!! Zero to serve on The evening, when it was time to fit the minibus into Çeşme. Alternatively, walk about 20 minutes in the other direction. No. 3. Absolutely no working Wi-Fi. No. 4. No coffee or tea to take in the public space. No. 5. There was no cleaning in the room. We had to ask Toilet paper and clean towels.

Çok güzel bir otel.
İlk önce bahsetmek gerekir ki odalar çok güzel tertemiz ve bütün eşyalar yeni. Odada çöp kovası olsa iyi olurdu. Bunun dışında çalılanlar gayet iyiler. Havuz gayet yeterli ve güzel. Denize iskeleden giriliyor. Deniz tertemiz fakat sığ ve taşlık. Giderken muhakkak deniz ayakkabısı almanızı öneririm. Kafa dinlemek için çok güzel bir seçim.

Mit der Ankunft waren wir leider sehr enttäuscht. Wir sind zu zweit (zwei Frauen) gereist und man hat uns ein Zimmer gegeben, dass mitten im Frühstückssalon war. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt, insbesondere da jeder an unserem Zimmer vorbeigelaufen ist und reingeschaut hat. Ich nehme an diese Zimmer wurden später hinzugefügt. Es wird deshalb morgens sehr laut mit dem Decken der Tische. Auch abends verbringen die Menschen ihre Zeit dort und amüsieren sich, so dass keine Rücksicht auf die Gäste genommen wird. Achtet deshalb welche Zimmer ihr auswählt. Der private Strand war für uns nicht nutzbar, da der Eingang mit einer Masse von Fischen besiedelt war. Der Pool hatte seinen Zweck erfüllt. Man könnte aber durch die Lage viel mehr rausholen was wirklich schade war. Frühstück war okay, wobei wir beobachtet haben, dass z.B. nicht gegessene Oliven aufgesammelt und weiter gegeben worden sind. Das Personal bestand komplett aus Männern diese waren zum größten Teil freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich selber würde nicht noch einmal in dieses Hotel verreisen.
