Superb staff with really helpful pre-visit arrangement of private transfer from Izmir Airport to the hotel. Quiet, safe and very family friendly. Excellent reception team in Ali and Elena and lovely staff throughout the complex (Furkan, Ada and Sherdat). Rooms very clean and really comfortable and seaview breathtaking. Used the gym - nice and very well stocked. Reception staff always happy to help as were the pool staff. Easy range by short taxi ride to the lovely evenings in the Alancati district. Kahvaltıda, plajda, restoranlarda hizmet berbat durumda. Oda temizliği ve servisi daha iyi ama sorunsuz değil. Aynı segmentte olduğu varsayılan diğer otellerin çok gerisinde. Muhteşem balkon manzarası ve tenha plajı olmasa herhalde boşa geçen bir tatil olarak bakacaktım.

Otel imkanları ve çalışan arkadaşlar yeteri kadar iyi. Kahvaltıdaki genç arkadaşlarımız enes ve damla çok özverili ve saygılı çalışanlardı çok yardımcı oldular. Sahildeki F&B ürünleri çok başarısız personel ilgili ürünler kötü. Deniz ve havuz güzel ama luxury concept kahvaltı iyi bir otel kahvaltısı ama o da luxury concept seviyesi değil. Odalar geniş güzel ve rahattı banyoda öyle. Balkonların kapısı yan yana sürgülü ve çok büyük olduğu için yan oda balkon kapısı kapanınca sizde haberdar oluyorsunuz. Son olarak 2 kişi için her güne bir adet çikolata veya şeker amenities olarak verilmesi garip verilmese daha az negatif etkisi olur

Fantastic location with an amazing beach! The rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel is beautifully appointed inside and out. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.

Tesis yeni konumu güzel konfor üst düzey…Fakat ön büro hariç personel kötü hizmet sürekli aksıyor.Güleryüz yok.Restaurant menüleri zayıf.Kahvaltı vasat.Geçen yaz da gitmiştim personelde hiçbir olumlu gelişme yok.Çeşme sahiline yeni bir tesis yapılana kadar giderim.
