- Three-bedroomed air-conditioned family villa, superbly equipped, located on the southern edge of Cessenon-sur-Orb in the Languedoc. The villa is set on a hillside in 1 hectare of landscaped gardens with an unoverlooked private swimming pool. It has its own small vineyard. There are stunning views from both the patio area and the pool area. The villa is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Cessenon, where there are restaurants, bars and shops. Cessenon is a lively town with a market 2 days a week. There are many lovely walks in the area including part of a GR route. Cycling routes are well-signed. Canoeing on the River Orb is available nearby. The historic town of Beziers is 30 minutes away by car. Other places of interest are the Canal du Midi, Carcassonne and Narbonne.
