However, we are flexible to provide 30 minutes extra without any charges, but if you ask for 12pm check-out there will be extra charges for sure. Room was so smelly and in a need of a good thorough clean, shower taps dripped all night and this was supposed to be a deluxe room, totally disgusting bed just had a sheet on it and we found a blanket in the wardrobe that stunk of dust and obviously had not been cleaned for a long time. No bed spread, needs updating, we had a terrible night chocking on dust and breathing in dirty carpet smells. Highly recommend not staying there.

Dear Guest, our housekeeping staff is professional in their work and we make sure that the rooms are spotless. Also, we outsource our sheets from professionals which are thoroughly checked by the staff for any mark or smell, same goes with blankets. If it was that bad you should have mentioned it to the staff at the property and they would have helped you to change the room. However, we will look into this mater seriously and act accordingly.Thank you

Taps at the bathroom basin didn't work properly and hard to wash your hands and face.The taps were very old and rust around the basin . shower no problem lots of water pressure. Some Tv channels were listed but no signal. eg foxtel 7 channels listed and all have no signal.

For a country motel, this has everything you need. Very close to wine region. Comfy bed, and when our internet would not connect the staff were very helpful. Pool was good to cool off in.

i would consider this a ** 2 star motel, although it was clean it was way overpriced at $180 for the night

Staff were friendly and helpful. I wasnt expecting too much for the price, but there was only a cotton sheet on the bed - no doona. There was a blanket in the cupboard but it wasn't enough. I had the heater on high all night. Surely it's more expensive for guests to have the heater on, than provide them with a dooner? The hot water tap in the bathroom was shut off, so only hot water from the shower.

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. However, due to sudden changes in weather it was unpredictable of cold or hot nights. Though we always provide blankets in the rooms and guests can ask at the reception for extra blankets if needed. Unfortunately, we do not use Doona on our beds. With the hot water it may take little longer as the full occupancy usage effects its flow but we never shut down the hot water system throughout the year. An older, but well maintained property with off street parking and friendly owners. A fair amount of noise from the road, but that is why I always have earplugs with me. Easy walk to the main drag and quick access to Wine Country Drive.
