OK for overnight stay
Overnight stay, on our way from Condor Ferries, St Malo, to Disneyland Paris. The room was small, but served us well. Shower not for claustrophobic people. Nice and basic breakfast.

Short break
Basic budget hotel with friendly Helpful staff.Pillows very flat and need replacing. Near large shopping centre and restaurants. Nice receptionist Made me a lovely coffee for free when the drinks machine would not work one morning.😘 Didn’t try breakfast but looked ok ,basic continental and only €7. Would stay again .

Solid IBIS Budget
It's a little bit old inside, but everything is clean and works. The location is convenient for a large shopping centre. There is Air conditioning in the room.

The hotel is very budget and the room we had was in need of refurbishment, The shower cubicle seemed very small compared with similar hotels likewise the room. However the staff were extremely pleasant and the breakfast good and superior to that of other budget hotels Well located adjacent to the rocarde, easy to find.

very bad hotel
When I go to France I do stay in ibis hotel before but never in Rennes but this hotel was bad from the first time I arrived they did not had my booking because my name was spelled wrong and I had difficulty communicating with the staff of this hotel because they don't speak inglês at the end I had to phone the emergency number it was at the door.then I got the room number 102 smelled of cigarettes the hallway was bad but very bad smell of cigarettes the shower was not working and not towels for 3 people but only 2 because we arrive late they didn't had a reception person the man who open the door for us was drunk and smell of wine very bad experience on this hotel I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because off the bad smell.

Une nuit des plus horrible, nous avons pourtant l'habitude de dormir dans ces hotels ibis mais là nous sommes tres déçus. La chambre avait une odeur tres forte de cigarette, notre enfant a dû dormir avec nous tellement que l'odeur dans le lit en hauteur était horrible, de plus, celui n'avait qu'un tout petit plaide alors qu'il faisait froid. La fenetre etait casser et de l'eau coulait à l'intérieur. Je demande un remboursement.

Monsieur,Nous regrettons que les services n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et nous vous présentons une nouvelle fois nos plus sincères excuses.Je vous ai proposé une compensation que vous avez refusée. Comme je vous l’ai expliqué lors de votre départ, il ne fallait surtout pas hésiter à signaler ces désagréments à la personne d’astreinte que vous avez vue le soir. Elle vous aurait attribué une autre chambre, malheureusement certains clients ne respectent pas l’interdiction de fumer alors que toutes les chambres sont non-fumeur. Nous ne pourrons pas répondre favorablement à votre demande.Cordialement. Stéphanie

Très bien, personnel agréable et attentif. Un bémol cependant, la douche n'est pas top, le système de robinet pour la douche est lavabo n'est pas au point mais c'est un détail.

Mise à part le problème de lavabo, le rapport qualité prix reste très intéressant. L'accueil est parfait, le personnel agréable et accueillant. Le petit budget pour une nuit doit nous rendre modeste et éviter l'exigence.
