"Parador was exactly what we wanted. The staff is very kind and helpful. The pool is wonderful and we looked forward to the breakfast each day. Perched on a hill near the City fort, the views were amazing. Walking up the hill provided exercise but helpful taxis were also available in the town center circle when needed. The property is in need of some bathroom maintenance but everything was clean."

"The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. However the hallway on the 4th floor had an extremely bad smell.tge boat is looking a bit tired, needs a good cleaning and some upgrades. The spa was good, and the staff there was also amazing. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of options and fresh food. Not sure if the quality reflects the price"

"Nice hotel in a good location, lots of history. Parts of the hotel and rooms require maintenance and updating. Food was good, we had an evening meal and breakfast and choices and quality were pretty good. Overall the hotel is clinging on to 4* status but but still good value for money. We found the staff in every part of the hotel to be polite and friendly and professional."
