"We stayed at this hotel due to the proximity of Gibraltar and it being better value than staying in Gib itself. It was a 10-min walk to the border. It was 5-min walk to the centre of La Línea with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Room was a good size and breakfast choice was good. The beach is also close by. The hotel has a pool but we didn’t use it as we were out sightseeing each day. "

"An excellent hotel, close to the cable car base. (Be warned, though, that if you're wheeling luggage from the bus stop, the climb up to the hotel is quite steep. Also, my room's lighting was weird; I couldn't find a way to turn off a couple of lights (I had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them off).)"

"The property is very well located, in the center proper, not more than a few hundred meters from the high street, yet the spot is quiet. The rooms are clean, well maintained, the air-con is working, the breakfasts served are very good with decent choice of food to cater to all reasonable requirements, and the staff is professional, helpful and friendly."

"Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities. "
