Cévennes National Park

This is just one of many spectacular views from a walk entitled "Pas Du Loup". We started at Capluc, a cross on a peak above Le Rozier and did the entire circuit. It's still comfortably in my top ten all time great walks.
If you suffer acrophobia it's one to be avoided. The area is also something of a mecca for rock climbers.
The whole Goreg du Tarn is a special place for me because the tourist buses don't go there and it's reputedly the deepest gorge in Europe.

We stayed in the family room which is on the attic. Personally enjoyed it as we felt like Paddington just below the roof and you can see the beams and slopes of the roof in the room. Staff were helpful and speaks English. Thank you for your service and making our stay enjoyable!
