Le gîte est très bien pensé et très bien équipé, parfait pour des vacances au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses , la literie nickel, tout est rénové et très propre. Le ruisseau mitoyen n'est pas accessible mais apporte de la fraîcheur et le bruit de l'eau (qui reste discret et même absent avec les fenêtres fermées) est presque poétique :) Les propriétaires sont très réactifs, nous avons eu un petit souci à notre arrivée, qu'ils ont très vite réglé. De très bonnes vacances pour nous !

Hébergement très propre et très bien équipé, avec un grand espace extérieur et une place de parking, proche de petits commerces. Le traiteur à Nebouzat et les restaurants conseillés étaient excellents. Nous avons adorés cette région avec des randonnées magnifiques et un coup de cœur pour les volcans de Lemptegy et le fromage de St Roch. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La maison a tenu ses promesses, nous étions 6 voyageurs de 5 à 65 ans et tout le monde l'a trouvé à son goût. Propre, bien rénovée et aménagée (avec une cuisine équipée et des lits confortables). La cour d'accès dans un virage nous a surpris au départ mais une fois trouvée on peut facilement y garer 2 véhicules et la rue n'est pas du tout passante. Le village est très calme, le distributeur de baguettes fraiches un plus, et l'environnement direct très verdoyant. La maison se situe à moins de 20min de voiture de nombreux points de sorties et randonnées (Puy de dôme, col de guery, lac aydat, cascade, village d'orcival, parc Vulcania...) ce qui est un atout non négligeable. Pour les inconditionnels de la ville, on peut descendre sur Clermont Ferrand en moins de 30min. Nous avons apprécié cette parenthèse au calme avec une hôte à la fois discrète et disponible, merci !

Le gîte est à 20mn du parc des volcans dans un petit village. Il est très confortable, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, tout le nécessaire est fourni et de bonne qualité. Même le superflu... ( 1 téléviseur par chambre plus 1 dans le salon et 1 dans la cuisine) un accès jardin et une terrasse couverte... Bref un super séjour. Je recommande vivement

Maison au calme, très propre, décorée avec gout et très bien équipée, rien ne manque, sèche-cheveux dans chaque S.D.B, électro-ménager, plaid pour cooconing sur le canapé, facilité de stationnement, etc. Rien n'a manqué pour notre séjour dans ce charmant village, au calme et proche des chemins de randonnée.

The property is obviously taken care of with love and is in a charming little town=5 stars Too bad the owner is not amenable. She wants to be physically present for entrance and exit (despite that I tried to explain to her that picking up and depositing keys in a lockbox is the norm) , so you have to plan your arrival ... according to HER schedule = 2 stars.

maison très agréable ,bien agencée, bien équipée dans un endroit calme. A proximité de Vulcania, du puy de dôme ,du volcan de Lemptegy et de nombreuses randonnées. Je conseille fortement cette location. Tres bon séjour et bel endroit pour se ressourcer.
