"They upgraded us to their sister hotel called Porta Cervino which was amazing. Brand new rooms, soft towels, luxury bedding. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They spoke English. I would 100% stay here again. 10 minute ride to Zermat. "

"Outstanding Stay with Matterhorn Views
We had a fantastic stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt in January 2026. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent — filling enough to last us through a full day on the slopes.
The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, and our room had a clear, stunning view of the Matterhorn. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely book here again on our next ski trip to Zermatt."

"This is the best hotel accommodation I’ve ever experienced.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything completely stress free. It is within a 7 minute or less walk from everything, ski lifts, restaurants etc. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool and wellness center. The rooms were spotless, and comfortable. It is a little more pricy but worth every penny. "
