"When we arrived no one was there. We found out 1 door was open. The house was not clean, sticky floors, dirty tablecloth and dust nets every where. Even in the shower. 2 days later we met someone, when we told her about the state of the house she reacted a little bit annoyed. The house is situated beautifully in a quiet environment. There is no washing machine and no WiFi. Maybe something to think about in the future. We spent a week at the house and had a good time. It is a pitty the house...

"We stayed in this house and although it was nice we couldn’t sit outside very much because of a massive influx of wasps for the whole 2 weeks which was a shame as it was hot, we have stopped at other places that are next to farms etc. but on this occasion they were doing a massive building project and it was noisy and very dusty and on the odd day muddy. For the price all the services should be included. Also I had to pay a big deposit which is also a first as we always look after our holiday...

"Logement loué dans le cadre de la Velo Francette. Logement très propre et literie confortable au rez de chaussée d’une maison salle de bain refaite à neige agréable. Attention à bien regarder le trajet avant d’arriver à vélo (nationale très dangereuse avec des enfants nous aurions aimé être informés) pas d’emplacement spécial sécurisé pour les vélos et réveillés tôt le matin par les travaux du jardin. Pour le reste nous avons très bien dormi!"

"De passage pour le V&B Fest je cherchais un logement à distance raisonnable pour faire le trajet à vélo et ça correspond parfaitement.Il y a une voie verte sécurisée qui va jusqu'au parking vélo donc le trajet se fait sans problèmes Concernant le logement, c'est très propre et récent, le lit est confortable.Et Alexis est hôte sympathique, j'ai passé un excellent séjour chez lui. "Excellent location on bank of Loire with good sized decked garden. Large house, nice bedrooms, kitchen well equipped and 2 large bathrooms. Easy to park nearby, friendly atmosphere in the village, couple of restaurants and tabac, decent supermarket. Helpful owners easy to get hold of. Never got the TV working, and WiFi feeble upstairs. Ingrandes is quiet and possibly not ideal for teenagers unless they are into running or cycling. Easy drive to Angers. Would be very happy to stay here again....

"I would not reccomend anyone to stay here. we had a nighmare stay the kitchen, bathroom, and shower room were so dirtyUnable to use the kettle it was so bad had to go out and buy one , we had to chuck a bucket of water down the loo each time to flush it The washer was so dirty we couldnt use it . Staes there is 2 bikes there were no bikes in sight . This place totally ruiened our holiday. We were so glad to move on to our next place "
