"The front office staff was efficient, but definitely not warm and friendly. No warm greetings and no smiles. I spent a career in Customer Service and I think they need more work. The hotel advertised a heated pool. There was nothing heated about that pool."

"Great condo! Emily was quick to respond and extremely nice. It apartment is very well stocked and the amenties in the building are great. The place can be a little cramped for 4 people but was as expected based on the description. We were happy given the price and ski in/out convenience! "

"Great condo, maybe the best location in the unit because of proximity to the elevator in the next bldg and cutting through there to get to the slope. Easy to ski down the hill to re-enter the condo. Comfortable and nice Murphy bed. "

"The bunkbeds, are nearly nonfunctional, the oversize mattresses do not work with the short distance between the lower and the upper bunk. The mattresses need to be downsized, and or there needs to be an extension that lifts the upper bunks higher."

"The mountain views are spectacular, house was clean, living room was spacious, kitchen was roomy and well-designed, parking spaces were accommodating,and management was helpful and easy to reach. Two regrets: 1) the ski in/ ski out feature proved unuseful for our four young skiers and 2) only 2 (maybe 3) of our 5 couples had sleeping arrangements that met adult expectations. Upstairs bedrooms are the lap of luxuary, downstairs - not so much. "
