"Clean, friendly and as a stop over perfect, food and drink all available."

"Perfectly clean, somewhat dated decor but I liked how retro it was. Pet friendly and food was great. Situated with plenty of parking in a nice little town. Staff lovely. Have booked on our return journey."

"Just stayed one night and it’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, very peaceful and great value for money."

"Accueil et services incroyable"

" I loved this place. Beautiful, quiet and good as a starting point of exploration of the Cognac area. The hosts were very nice, helpful and polite. "

"Hotel with beautiful setup for events. Excellent service, spotless rooms with air-conditionning and relaxing swimming pool for sunny days. "

"Our host was most welcoming and he turned out to be an excellent cook. Our dinner was fantastic. The room clean with a comfortable bed. And very quite at night. A must do."

"We zijn hartelijk onthaald door de familie die er ook woont. Ze spreken behalve hun eigen taal ook goed Engels. Het verblijf was geen geen gewone overnachting maar een echte beleving. We gaan zeker terug."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Angélique was delightful and the pool divine in the midst of a rainy week!"

"Fantastic property and great hosts!"

"Goed verblijf gehad. Prima ontbijt. Dineren kan ook in het hotel, was goed en betaalbaar. Zwembad is bij het naast gelegen hotel, brst prijzig., maar als gasten van Brit-Hotel 10% korting. En er is Sauna en Hamam bij, en dan valt het wel weer mee."

"Lovely place, welcoming hosts, wonderful swimming pool. Would have liked teabags/coffee sachets alongside the kettle in the room instead of a Nespresso machine without pods."

"Very nice place they have! Helpful and friendly owners, good selection on the breakfast too!"

"We booked this very last minute due to being evacuated due to the forest fires in Landes. The owner was super helpful and the house was perfect for 10 of us. There were 4 great bedrooms and each room had king and single beds. More than enough space for us all. The pool, and games, trampoline etc outside were great for the kids to play. Would highly recommend."

"Jonzac is beautiful. The appartements have all you need. Very clean. The woman on the reception is very kind and helpful. "

"An authentic rural French experience. Pascal is an engaging host."

"It was clean and the staff were pleasant and excellent value...we never tried the cafe but will try next time."

"The owner/hostess was so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. It was fun being in a classic old building with all the amenities you could want. I would stay there again."

"I had the best food, for a very long time great"
