ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - AVOID.
We booked 5 nights here to chill out and relax by the pool in the middle of a hectic few weeks in Thailand as the website mentions "peace and tranquility" What we got was horrendous building and construction noise from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p,m, every day due to ongoing works in the Tiger Park literally a couple of feet from the villa. We should have taken more notice of a previous negative review but the agent had stated that it was just works to the road which had been completed. This is clearly not the case as they would have known.
I raised the noise as an issue but was told that it wasn't a problem as nobody else had complained. I sent videos clearly showing the problem. On day 2 I suggested that it would be better to refund my last 3 nights so that we could find somewhere else quieter to stay. This was refused which meant that we had to go out everyday as the noise was unbearable.
Also, there were issues with the villa inside and out. The villa is generally tired and doesn't match the photos which were obviously taken quite a few years ago. There were only 3 very small plastic glasses so we had to buy some of our own. We were told that this would be sorted but it never was. Please see the photos and listen to the videos on my Google review which act as evidence of my comments which will probably be refuted.
On a positive note the swimming pool was lovely and we used it each night when we returned after the builders had gone home.
