"First impressions count and we all thought the house was charming. It is quirky but that is part of the appeal. It is centrally located and easy to walk to all shops and restaurants. It was also very close to the parade on Memorial Day which was nice. The back garden is large and peaceful if the weather is nice enough to sit outside. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. The stairs are quite steep to the first floor so it might be something to consider for those with mobility issues. There...

"This was a welcomed reprieve from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Cute place with ample room for 2 adults and our four-legged friends. The host was very responsive and even offered to have a plumber come out and look at the very slow draining kitchen sink. We opted just to deal with but hope it does get fixed as it was a little difficult to ensure the dishes were clean. Other than that, the place was great! Would recommend to friends!"

"Lovely well kept property. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds and convenient location. The only drawback is the front bedroom has LOTS of street noise. I used a fan for white noise and earplugs. It’s on a busy street. Fire Station is nearby too. Great park for kids across the street. Close to a few great restaurants within walking distance."

"This is a great property right in the heart of Gettysburg. Perfect for a long weekend. Very convenient to the battlefield and within walking distance of downtown. While it's an older home, it is very well maintained and nicely furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening after walking back form dinner. Would definitely recommend."
