Gîte très apprécié.
Gîte répondant à toutes nos attentes pour un groupe de 7 personnes..Confort, propreté, très bien équipé, calme, extérieur très agréable et très bien situé.
Propriétaires charmants à l'écoute de nos demandes et très réactifs .
En conclusion, un gîte vivement recommandé.

Très bon séjour entre amis
Belle adresse pour des retrouvailles en famille ou entre amis. Gite idéal pour 3 couples et leurs enfants. Espace extérieur agréable avec son salon de jardin abrité, sa table de ping-pong et la balançoire. Très bon accueil également.

Séjour excellent entre amis
Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans une maison magnifique, propre, bien équipée et chaleureuse. L'accueil de la propriétaire était super avec en plus un gâteau traditionnel surprise. Je peux vivement recommander cette maison car mes amis et moi avons passé un superbe weekend. Merci beaucoup encore et à très bientôt.

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au gîte de la Fermette. La description de la location était tout à fait fidèle à la réalité. Le gîte est parfaitement propre et très spacieux (nous étions 10), et l'aménagement permet à chacun de garder son intimité.
La propriétaire est disponible et très attentive au bien être du locataire. Mme Jourdain nous a orienté sur les visites à faire dans la région : Aquarium de la Rochelle, Corderie royale et l'Hermione à Rochefort, Fourras...
C'est avec grand plaisir que nous réserverons de nouveau dans ce gîte.

Très agréable !
Nous avons passé une semaine dans un merveilleux gîte, propre avec tout à disposition ! Les propriétaires se sont montrés très sympathiques et très serviables. Nous n’hésiterons pas une seule seconde à recommander ce gîte à des amis ou à revenir !

Gîte vraiment magnifique, très spacieux, très lumineux, remarquablement équipé, exemplaire de propreté, calme garanti.
Wifi (élément absolument indispensable pour ce qui me concerne).

Excellent séjour. Le gîte correspondait totalement à nos attentes : au calme et à proximité des principaux sites touristiques.

les grandes chaumes
Second séjour aux Grandes Chaumes pour notre groupe d'adultes handicapés. Un accueil toujours agréable de la part des propriétaires, ainsi qu'une disponibilité. Le gite offre un cadre calme et naturel, tout en étant à quelques kilomètres de lieux touristiques. Il est parfaitement agencé pour les handicapés mentaux et moteurs.
Les particuliers comme les professionnels y passeront un séjour agréable sans aucun doute.

Magnifique !
Le gite de La Fermette est parfait pour des vacances en familles et entre amis. L'accueil que nous a réservé Gaëlle était très chaleureux et amical. Le gite est très spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. C'est un lieu paisible où il fait bon se prélassé. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir les Charentes et parfait pour les journées farniente où l'on décide de ne pas bouger! Une mention spéciale pour les spécialités charentaises que Gaëlle et Frédéric nous ont fait découvrir.

Vive les grandes chaumes
Nous étions 12 et nous avons été enchantés de ce séjour passé à la fermette, gîte de Gaëlle et Frédéric Jourdain. Accueil chaleureux, gîte très propre, cadre très agréable, propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles, nuits très calmes et reposantes. Nous reviendrons sûrement...
Plein de belles choses à voir, la belle Ville de Surgères à 2 minutes, son marché, son architecture et les balades, la proximité des commerces...

Nous avons loué le Nid, petit gîte couvert de lierre et qui porte bien son nom. Le gîte est idéal pour visiter la région, proche de la cote et du marais poitevin, à égale distance de Niort, La Rochelle et Rochefort, sa localisation un peu à l'écart (mais très facile à trouver) lui assure une grande tranquillité. L'accueil des propriétaires est excellent avec une présentation des différentes curiosités locales. Toutes les commodités et commerces à Surgères. Grande fonctionnalité du gîte, par ailleurs très confortable et très bien entretenu. Vraiment à recommander.

Un séjour confortable convivial et vivifiant
Nous avons trouvé le gite spacieux et confortable pour le groupe de quatre couples que nous formions.Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'équipement et un jardin qui invite à la détente.Il est situé au coeur d'une région dont nous avons découvert la richesse historique ,touristique et la luminosité des paysages.La proximité de l'Océan, des ports et des iles, de la Venise Verte et un environnement de très belles chapelles romanes ont comblé notre curiosité.Distant de 3 kms le village de Surgères ne manque pas de charme et offre tous les commerces ,petits et grands ainsi que tous les services utiles. Enfin,nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes,leurs conseils éclairés sur les sites remarquables à ne pas manquer et la soirée"apéro"qui nous a permis d'échanger sur leur travail,leurs projets et...l'avenir de notre planète! Ce séjour a enrichi nos vies.
