"*ALERT* If after you read this and you still decide to reserve a room here, then whomever you are traveling with should ban you from ever making lodging decisions in the future, forever. I live in Cambodia and I have never been scared to stay at a hotel until I can across Botom (NOT A PALACE) hotel. After searching for 20 minutes we found the smallest little sign above a dark alley that you would be crazy to go down in any city (see pictures). After seeing the outside of the hotel and after entering the lobby, we immediately made reservations somewhere else. If the highly photoshopped pictures that the hotel uses is any indication, then I now doubt the authenticity of many of the reviews. No one in their right mind would stay here let alone give it great reviews without mentioning the creepy deep dark alley or the lack of signage . "
