Chalet Flocons is a half-chalet of 135 m2 located in a quiet environment, near the center of Chamonix. 2 to 8 people
Everything is accessible on foot: - Bakery, bars and restaurants (300 m) - Les Planards ski area (300 m away, ideal for beginners) - shops and hire shops (500 m) - important tourist points - health centers and sports center
DEVELOPMENT The spaces were thought to be user-friendly and functional: - a comfortable living room with a wood stove - an open kitchen - useful equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, blender, electric barbecue, WIFI access ... - Multiple storage capacities: entrance dressing room, large ski / bike room, ski boot rack ... - 2 private parking spaces
Night spaces are spacious, 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed 1 double sink bathroom with toilet 1 double shower room with toilet
SERVICES INCLUDED For total comfort, we offer: - a reception on the spot at your arrival (handing over of the keys, information on the chalet ...) - clean linen (toilet, kitchen) - freshly made beds - cleaning at the end of your stay - Free access to major local transport using the "guest card"

The property is more like a dorm room back in the 70's. There is no luxury to this property except location. It would be fine for a boys vacation. The unit came with 4 rolls of toilet paper and salt and pepper, that was it. We each had one towel to shower with during our entire stay.
Tout s'est trés bien passé, et le chalet est trés bien placé prés du centre villePetit bémol , nous avons eu pendant 3 jours des moutons juste devant le chalet (avec leurs cloches, jour et nuit)...Il pourrait être bien d'avoir un congélateur ou bien un frigo avec partie congélationLa climatisation serait aussi la bienvenue, vue les températures actuellesUn parasol sur la terrasse permettrait de pouvoir profiter de celle çi plu souvent.dans l ensemble, le séjour s'est trés bien passé et nous recommandons ce logementPatrick
Superbe appartement très design, très bien situé.
Aussi bien pour l'accès au bus, (moins de 5 minutes) , de la gare, des commerces. Un parking gratuit à moins de 3 minutes à pieds, mais très souvent plein. Heureusement il y a une place devant le garage disponible et deux places (sans doute) à partager avec le voisin. Le garage ne peut pas être utilisé pour une voiture (trop petit) mais en revanche est très pratique pour stocker tout le matériel de ski et bouffe.Les chambres sont grandes, les 2 SDB et 3 wc c'est vraiment un plus. Le lit individuel est très petit, et limite pour un adulte. Ce qu'il faudrait vraiment pour que ce soit parfait, c'est rajouter des accroches partout, il n'y en a quasi aucun dans les sdb, dans les chambres pas de chaises pour les habits.Les matelats méritent d'être de meilleurs qualité. La cuisine est moyennement bien équipé, il manque des verres, pas de cocotte minute, un tire bouchon bas de gamme, tout juste le nb d'assiette et couvert. La plaque chauffante est un peu spéciale, et nécessiterait une note....Le réfrigérateur est très grand. Le lave vaisselle fonctionne très bien. Malgré un pb de chauffe-eau qui a été résolu à distance, grâce à la réactivité de la propriétaire , nous avons passé un super séjour.
La casa è molto accogliente, ben arredata è posizionata a pochi passi dal centro di Chamonix e dalla stazione per la mer de Glace. Dispone di un piccolo spazio esterno con tavolo. Unico appunto le luci e le stoviglie: esternamente non abbiamo potuto cenare perché la luce non funzionava e lungo le scale che portano al piano superiore nemmeno. Nel corridoio di tre ne funziona una sola. Le pentole veramente pochissime : due padelle due pentolini e una pentola per la pasta. Mentre ricca di bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Per gli italiani: portarsi una macchinetta del caffè perché c’è solo per preparare caffè alla francese. Un altro appunto: la spugnetta per i piatti era stra-usata (ne abbiamo comprata una nuova perché quella ci faceva senso usarla sinceramente e ne abbiamo lasciato una nuova). Non c’era ne’ tovaglia ne” tovagliette (abbiamo dovuto comprare anche quelle per evitare di mangiare direttamente sul tavolo rischiando di macchiarlo) Per il resto casa molto ben arredata ed attrezzata. Sicuramente ci torneremo con una bella moka, tovagliette per mangiare e spugnetta per i piatti 😉
Great location in quiet residential area but close to les planards amusement park and only 7 min walk to the city centre. Very comfortable house with a lot of character and everything we needed. We went in a heat wave so it was a little warm at night but it's not normally this hot in the area. The terrace had amazing mountain views
Casa stupenda, posizione comodissima, vicina al centro ma dietro c’è il bosco per fare camminate, sulla destra ci sono delle piste baby è più avanti una fantastica pista per sci di fondo!
Il pease è davvero completo di tutto, ottimi negozi e ottimi ristoranti.
La localisation proche du centre et les deux places de parking sont un plus indéniable de cette location. Les 4 chambres (une fort sombre) et les deux salles de bains sont également appréciables.
La literie est de très bonne qualité et les lits sont faits à votre arrivée.
Le poêle à bois est difficilement utilisable étant situé très près de la table.
Il est juste dommage que l'équipement de la cuisine soit un peu limité (il manque clairement des casseroles un peu grandes et des verres de grande taille).
Les communications avec la propriétaire furent rapides et cordiales.
Attention: de mi- à fin septembre la foire s'installe tout près du chalet, ce qui occasionne pas mal de bruit (heureusement qui s'arrête à 20h).
We have just returned from our first trip to Chamonix skiing. We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). The Chalet had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms were a very good size, the kitchen/lounge area had everything we needed and we loved having the log burner. The boot room in the garage was also particularly well laid out for the morning chaos!
The views are lovely from every vantage point and you could not be more conveniently located. The bus and train is a 5 minute walk away, as is the Planards ski area and ski rental.
You can also walk into the town centre in approx 10 minutes and have the pick of many fab restaurants, bakerys, bars etc. We loved the location.
A huge thank you to Daniel who did a shop for us before we arrived and stocked us up with all the essentials.
The only reason I haven't given a 5 star rating is because of the beds. They were fine for everyone except the two tall men who found them a bit short. If you could, I would recommend putting queen beds in two of the rooms and bunk beds into another. The kids had enough of sharing a double after a couple of nights. The dining room table is huge and fit us perfectly, however it is a bit wobbly and could do with reinforcing.
I would definitely book here again and recommend the property to others. Have fun!
