This luxurious chalet of 280m2 and 1740m2 of land is located in the popular village of Les Praz, only 2km from the center of Chamonix. The quietness of its environment, with it`s southern exposure as well as the view of the Mont Blanc and on the Drus. The recent renovation guarantees a comfortable stay that meets the expectations of the most demanding travelers, notably via its cinema and sports room, as well as the outdoor sauna. The recently installed StarLink antenna will allow you to work or enjoy an optimal internet connection. The entrance to this chalet, spread over 3 levels, is functionally arranged to accommodate you with various sports equipment, making the return from the mountains a pleasant experience. On the lower level, you can continue your efforts by taking advantage of the modernity of the gym or simply enjoy a well-deserved rest while watching your favorite movies. On the ground floor, you will appreciate a fully equipped kitchen with a fondue and raclette machine, open to the long table of the dining room, in order to enjoy the Savoyard flavours and specialties. The living room will allow you to prolong your discussions or simply to appreciate a book and the peace that a traditional fireplace provides. The spectacle offered by the large bay windows of this living room will be a real problem when it will be question of leaving it. Each of the rooms in this property represents the epitome of comfort and privacy, including private baths and toilets. Single bed to double bed configurations available upon request.

We had the best time staying here. Everything was so comfortable, it was easy to relax. We loved the location as it was quick to the slopes, but also so close to Chamonix to walk around and scout restaurants. I hope we will return again. It is a newly renovated property so everything is very comfortable including bathrooms and heating. It was a perfect vacation - despite me having to work most of the time while the family skied. Good internet, made working remote very easy. Thanks for a lovely stay! 🙏
