Chamonix - Mont Blanc QUIET INDEPENDENT CHALET FOR 2 TO 6 PEOPLE

Located in the heart of the prestigious Chamonix Mont-Blanc, the Chalet des Glaciers welcomes you to paradise for mountain sports, the cradle of skiing and mountaineering. Completely independent, this pretty little wooden chalet has about 60 m² on 3 levels. Lounge, living room / kitchen, two bedrooms, a balcony, 2 terraces and a garden. Separate toilet and bathroom - Altitude: 1100 m.
Several options are available:
Linen rental - €9 per bed
Towels - €5 per person
Firewood - €9.50 per bag
Cleaning: Optional. Payable directly to the owner at the end of your stay: €70
Electricity consumption will be charged based on meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay.
Access via a 25-meter staircase - not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. For any other period, please contact me.
If you arrive after 10 PM, a €50 reception fee will apply.

Chaleureuse ambiance dans ce chalet authentique

Sous le glacier des Bossons, nous avons passé un séjour au calme. Le jardin a permis aux enfants de jouer durant les périodes de calme. Tout confort et très bien équipé et situé à l'extérieur du tumulte de la vallée de chamonix, proche stations et commerces.

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad, mooie locatie. Een probleem met de oven werd snel door de eigenaar opgelost. Huisje had alles wat we nodig hadden. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de derde slaapkamer de slaapbank in de woonkamer is.

Sehr schöne Hütte nah an den Bergen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Hütte sehr genossen. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und sowohl von Natur als auch anderen Hütten umgeben. Wir waren innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Skigebiet und konnten schöne Wanderungen zum Gletscher hoch direkt vom Haus aus starten. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Chalet très agréable, et accueil sympathique. L'environnement est calme, pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité, c'est ideal. Petit bémol : le prix de l'électricité en sus de la location et non précisé dans l'annonce.

Merveilleux site

Nous avons fait un excellent séjour. La demeure est toutefois difficile à chauffer en hiver , faut juste le savoir donc porter des chaussures et gilet de laine. Installations âgées mais confortable. Le prix de location le réflète bien donc bon rapport qualité prix particulièrement dû au site. Près de toutes les installations et randonnées à proximité.

Le gîte, situé au pied du glacier des bossons est vraiment bien localisé pour les amoureux de la nature, des randos et de ceux qui aiment vivre des vacances sans vis-à-vis (comme nous :-)). Certes la déco mériterait peut-être un petit rafraichissement pour certains mais j'ai trouvé que ça donnait une très bonne ambiance familiale et rappelait nos souvenirs d'enfance. Vraiment idéale pour 4 personnes et adaptable facilement pour 6. L'accès par les énormes escaliers (quasiment 100 marches) peut faire peur mais notre IMC à beaucoup appréciée :-) Merci enfin à Maurice le propriétaire pour sa flexibilité.

Très agréable séjour en février

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Le chalet est petit mais très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre pour une famille de cinq. Nous avons profité de la cheminée et de la belle vue sur la vallée. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui a été très arrangeant malgré notre heure d'arrivée plus que tardive !

excellent emplacement. les escaliers pour accéder au chalet peuvent ne pas convenir à tous, mais pour nous le chalet était parfait (famille de 4, 2 enfants de 6 et 10 ans)

Chalet au calme, beau potentiel mais mériterait quelques améliorations

Séjour au calme, joli chalet ancien, bien agréable. Quelques achats / travaux seraient les bienvenus (le parasol, le réfrigérateur mériteraient d'être changés, chambre du bas un peu humide). Proche des Houches et de Chamonix, idéal pour faire des randos. Petite surprise à l'arrivée en apprenant qu'il faut payer l'électricité en plus. Ce ne sont que quelques euros pour une semaine mais nous aurions aimé le lire dans le descriptif de la location.

dépaysement assuré , reposant et tout pres de chamonix

Petit soucis d´humidité remontant par le sol .... pouvant créer un sentiment de manque de propreté et d´humidité ... Tres bonne accueil du propriétaire . Ce chalet est idealement bien place avec une vue imprenable sur le mont Blanc et a quelques metres des sentiers de redonnées et du telesiege .... Un tres bon petit restaurant ( le Tremplin) est a quelques centaines de metres .....
