Plus, the stunning off-piste tracks of the Vallée Blanche can be easily reached via Aiguille Du Midi Cable Car (2 minutes walking distance).

For those looking to keep up the adrenaline, the Chamonix Tennis Club and The Chamonix Golf Club are less than a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the convenient location of the apartment also means that hiking trails of various difficulty levels to Lac de Chésery can be easily enjoyed just a 15-minute drive away. Nice spacious duplex flat

Although everything worked, the interior was not well maintained. The toilet seat of the downstairs toilet was broken, the shower hose was broken, and the door of the freezer compartment in the refrigerator was broken off at the hinges. Fortunately, there was a modern Nespresso coffee machine, but unfortunately no furniture at the nice balcony, so we had to improvise with the worn furniture in the living room.

Dated unit

The unit is dated with dirty small bathroom. There is a toilet upstairs but no sink to wash hands. There is 3 restaurants nearby facing to our building less than 100 feet away, noisy constantly. Our unit was on 4th floor, a bar on ground floor, people talking and screaming almost whole night long, no one can get a good night sleep.Furniture are so dirty and out dated. Check in procedure is very complicated. Spoke to other customer, they had same experience.Well, the location of the unit is very good, only 3 minutes walk to the city center and the cable car stations.
