  • Discover this beautifully refurbished one-bedroom apartment, ideally located just a few steps from the Savoy and Brévent ski areas. Its prime location offers direct access to the slopes as well as all the amenities of Chamonix town centre, reachable within minutes on foot.

    The apartment boasts a breathtaking view of the majestic Drus, providing the perfect setting to enjoy the mountain atmosphere both in summer and winter.

    Fully equipped, it features a brand-new modern kitchen, a comfortable living room, a welcoming bedroom, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Once you’ve parked your car, everything is within walking distance: the main pedestrian street, shops, restaurants, as well as the bus stop to go to the other ski areas in the valley.

    You will have the choice of a private outdoor parking space (limited availability) or a private indoor space suitable for a small car — a valuable asset in the heart of Chamonix.
