  • South facing flat recently renovated, fully equipped and tastefully furnished. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes and the Savoie ski lift which can take you to Le Brevent. The 10m2 balcony is very pleasant in all seasons with a view of Chamonix and Mont Blanc.
    Town centre, within walking distance of all shops (-5mn). Free and protected parking. Quality bedding (bedroom and sofa bed).


    This 42m2 flat is a quality property, ideal for 4 adults looking for a comfortable stay in the centre. It consists of a bedroom with plenty of storage space and a comfortable queensize bed from which you can enjoy the view. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, induction, oven, microwave, etc) open to the dining area and the living room with a sofa bed with quality bedding. South facing private balcony of 10sqm and its furniture for the milder temperatures. An entrance, an independent toilet and a shower room with Italian shower and washing machine complete this property.

Great spot in Chamonix, highly recommend

Very nice, clean, well outfitted apartment just off the main waking area. Quiet and just steps to restaurants, shops, ski slopes. Tastefully decorated, kitchen has everything one may need, couch expands into a bed. Amazing views from the balcony that gets afternoon sun.
