Semi-detached chalet recently renovated and perfectly equipped to fully enjoy with family or friends. Its ideal location in the heart of the valley will allow you to move quickly in Chamonix while enjoying the calm of the Bossons area. Whether it is the views, the luminosity, the outdoor spaces or the quality of the furniture, you will be charmed and it will only remain for you to recharge your batteries comfortably after the numerous activities that the valley offers. This quality property has an outdoor and 2 private parking spaces. It is distributed on 3 levels as follows: > Ground floor: large garage to store your sports equipment (boot heater); entrance with storage; bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet) and terrace. > 1st floor: fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, baking utensils, etc.) open to a bright living/dining room. Access from the living room to the terrace with outdoor dining area to enjoy the exposure and the view of the aiguillettes des Houches and the Mont Blanc massif. A small laundry room with washing machine and toilet completes the 1st floor. > 2nd floor: a second bedroom with a queen size bed (2 singles) and a third one with a double bed and working area. A bathroom (bathtub, double basins) is available for these two rooms.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. It will take you 5/10min to get to the town center, very easy to reach by a ramp on the "Route Blanche". It takes just as much time to reach Les Houches city center and its mythical domains or the Merlet Park, renowned for its fauna and flora. We will be pleased to propose you activities corresponding to your expectations if needed.
2 private parking spaces available for vehicular travelers as well as a visitor parking lot. We also provide Guest Cards for each travelers wishing to take advantage of public transportation. 2 bus stops and train station at 5 and 8 minutes' walk from the property. It takes 1 hour from Geneva airport, the closest to Chamonix. It is possible to reach Megève and St Gervais in less than 45 minutes. It will be a pleasure to advise you to discover our beautiful region if needed.
