This beautiful apartment, decorated in authentic Savoyard style with the warm atmosphere of a cozy mountain chalet, is located on the third floor of the “Le Lyret 1” residence — a peaceful building ideally situated in a quiet area, yet just steps from the center of Chamonix.

Only a 3-minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, the apartment offers a prime location to explore the Chamonix valley while enjoying a serene and relaxing environment.

Bright and tastefully furnished, the 77 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.), a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace, and a welcoming dining area.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double bedroom with access to a private balcony, and a triple bedroom with two single beds and a raised single bed (mezzanine style). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains, and a separate toilet for added convenience.

Outside, a furnished balcony offers a stunning view of the valley, ideal for enjoying the mountain atmosphere in both summer and winter.
