  • This 177sqm chalet is ideally located close to the Grands Montets lift, Argentière shops (5 minutes' walk) and the heart of Chamonix (10/15 minutes). You'll love the peace and quiet, the panoramic view of the Mt Blanc range, the large terrace and the comfortable living areas for happy family memories. Parking spaces included and bus / shuttle service just a few steps away (250m). Just need to enjoy form now. Welcome home!


    Family property comprising the following rooms on the ground floor:
    > Entrance hall with ski room (games and sledges)
    > 3 bedrooms: one with two single beds (90cm), the second with 2 bunk beds (90/180cm) and the third with a queen-size bed (160)
    > Bathroom (shower, washbasin)
    > A guest toilet and laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, etc.) complete this level.

    Upstairs you'll find
    > Equiped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, etc.) opening onto the dining room (10pax) with breathtaking views and access to the panoramic terrace
    > Comfortable mezzanine lounge with various board games and office area (guard rail approx. 80cm FYI).
    > Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160) and private bathroom (bath, washbasin).
    > A guest toilet also completes this level

    Set back from the main road and town, you'll appreciate the calm of the neighborhood without being isolated in the mountains. Large, open plot with plenty of outdoor space

The "Les Chosalets" bus stop is 250m from the property, allowing you to explore the rest of the valley by public transport, thanks to the special-rate guest cards available. The Grands Montets ski lift and Argentière town center can be reached on foot. Chamonix is only 10 minutes away.

Excellent holiday home

We were very happy with the property and the experience. The location is good (just walkable to the lifts, but a short drive). The views are tremendous.
Stayed 3 nights in Mar 2025
