> On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room (TV, Wi-Fi) with a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen. A balcony completes this level
> Upstairs is the bedroom (160 cm bed) and an en suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). There is also a second balcony on this level
> In the basement, you’ll find access to the garage as well as the laundry room (washing machine)

Centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the heart of Chamonix. The same goes for the cable car station for the Aiguille du Midi. For grocery shopping, there’s a Carrefour supermarket 200 metres away. Hiking trails start just a few steps away, such as the Plan de l’Aiguille trail.
It’s best to use public transport to reach the Brevent ski area or the beginners’ area at Planards, both a 5-minute drive away.
